
SALVADOR TREVIÑO -- Salvador Treviño, CEO and founder of Santa Fe Communications, is originally from Mexico City, where he graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. In 1983, after earning an MBA at UCLA, Salvador went to work for Coca-Cola Los Angeles. He was instrumental in developing the company’s first marketing programs aimed at the Hispanic-American market, including its sponsorship of the 1986 World Cup. In 1989, Salvador became chief operating officer for Continental Communications, a company with radio and television properties in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Albuquerque. Over the next decade he developed Hispanic marketing programs for leading regional grocers and for several national brokerage firms handling consumer packaged goods. Salvador left Continental Communications to found Santa Fe Communications, a marketing and communications firm focused on providing marketing solutions for the U.S. Hispanic marketplace. Under his guidance, Santa Fe Communications has pioneered such groundbreaking programs as the Ritmo Latino Music Awards (El Premio de la Gente) and Caminos al Exito, a joint venture with City of Hope and the leading grocers of Southern California. Salvador is widely known as one of the most experienced Hispanic marketing executives in the U.S.
THADDEUS P. BENSHOOF -- Thaddeus P. Benshoof brings 13 years of food industry experience to his work
as partner and CMO of Santa Fe Communications. Thaddeus started his sales
and marketing career at Nestle USA in September of 1995 with the sales
division in Los Angeles calling on food distributors, independent grocers
and national chains. Thaddeus left Nestle USA in February 2000 to join SFC
as Director of Sales and Marketing. Since then, he has worked as a
consultant and shareholder on a number of Hispanic targeted consumer
projects. Thaddeus received his B.S. in International Business with a minor
in Spanish from San Diego State University.
ALEXIS SAETA -- As director of marketing and production for Santa Fe Communications, Alexis Saeta is responsible for creating marketing strategies to maximize ROI and increase client sales through the development and execution of promotional events.”. Alexis brings considerable experience in advertising, business development, direct marketing, public relations, brand management, and marketing strategy. She has worked extensively in the areas of niche marketing and strategic planning, representing companies of all sizes and objectives. Earlier in her career she worked with B&B Ventures on the development and launch of FOX Sports Grill, the concept restaurant/sports bar, in conjunction with the New York–based television network FOX Sports. Her interest in measurement performance and risk management led her to the financial aspects of production. Alexis worked for DreamWorks Pictures before a shift to consulting for nonprofit organizations on their fundraising endeavors. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business from California Lutheran University and FH-Joanneum School of Global Business in Graz, Austria.
ARMANDO MITRE -- Armando Mitre, director of TV production at Santa Fe Communications has been involved in the development and production of some of our most successful projects like “Al Éxito TV”, “The Drop of Life,” “Angels of Hope Awards” and Aztepacá. He comes to us from the San Luis Potosi, Mexico where he worked for the biggest Latin American television network, Televisa where he held the position of director of production and programming. His experience also covers the field of advertising in which he performed the duties of creative director and producer for the agency Play Media, the experts in broadcast campaigns. In early 2005 he joined the Santa Fe Communications team to further develop their production and advertising operations and as creative producer. He holds a bachelor degree in Communications from Universidad Cuauhtemoc.
BRANDON SCOTT -- During his long and productive association with Santa Fe Communications, Brandon Scott has created and produced many television shows, including "Caravana Magica," "The Von's Kid Club TV Show," and "The KVETV Valu Kids TV Show." He has also created and coproduced several live shows, including "The Musical Magic Revue" in Las Vegas; "A Treat of Tricks" for Knott's Berry Farm; "The Magic of MGM" and "The Magic of Coca Cola"; and "The Enchanted Kids Court" for the NoHo Theatre & Arts Festival. In addition, he has worked with LAUSD school programs on several live shows that incorporate multiethnic themes and conflict resolution. Brandon hosted VIPTV on KWHY and was one of the principals on Telemundo’s "Reyes y Rey." He has appeared on SITV and on "Que Locos" on Galavision; has been the opening act for Juan Gabriel at The Greek Theatre and for Emanuel at Gibson Amphitheatre; and has performed at MARIACHI USA at the Hollywood Bowl.
